In a large Basque house, on the 1st floor, we offer a brand new one-bedroom apartment of around 44 m², including an equipped kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with cupboards, shower room and WC.
Partly covered terrace of approximately 20m², independent entrance, private parking and access to the swimming pool of the hotel next door.
Equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, induction hob and electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, table and 4 chairs…
Living area: Sofa bed, TV cabinet, flat screen TV, coffee table.
Bedroom: Bedding and mattress 160 x 190, closet.
Bathroom and wc: Shower, sink, washing machine, heated towel rail, hair dryer and separate wc.
Exteriors: Partly covered terrace, table and 4 chairs, drying rack, swimming pool access.
Private car park, Pets not allowed, non-smoking apartment.

In a large Basque house, on the ground floor, we offer a brand new T3 of around 70 m², including an equipped kitchen open to living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with cupboards, shower room and WC .
Terrace and small outdoor garden, independent entrance, private parking and access to the swimming pool of the hotel next door.
